Our company:

Perfect Pitch Marquees Ltd. is an established company based in Guildford. Founded and co-run by its two directors Nick Shakespeare and Jesse Powell, we service the counties of Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire.

Whilst at school and studying at the Universities of St Andrews and Bristol, we spent four summers working with marquees. Two years before graduating, we formed Perfect Pitch Marquees Ltd. and worked alongside our previous employers. With the knowledge and understanding of the industry developed over these six combined years, we completed the takeover.

From that moment we embarked on further developing the business into an efficient and personal enterprise. With this process in motion our primary objective is to focus on the individual needs of each customer. We provide a facility that meets the high expectations accredited to us, with the emphasis on attention to detail, as well as an exceptional quality and friendly service.

Our service:

We recognise that each event and venue occupies its own unique identity. We therefore understand that there is no typical marquee arrangement to satisfy general requirements, and thus strive to tailor the perfect setup to meet your specific objectives. To facilitate this, we stock a large range of marquee styles and sizes, and constantly review our equipment to ensure we offer the latest designs.

We employ everything from clearspan frames suitable for weddings and corporate occasions, to summer marquees and Chinese hats ideal for birthday and garden parties. All our structures can be linked to form innovative layouts depending on the intricacies of the space available, so we will be sure to have something to suit your aspirations.

We complement all our marquees with an extensive range of accessories. Whilst our linings and starlight ceilings enhance the atmosphere, our dance floors and stages deliver the perfect platform for your event. We also provide furniture and toilets and, through the use of our thermostatically controlled heaters, are able to hire all year round.

Furthermore, we have established strong relationships with a variety of additional service providers. These include interior designers, caterers, DJs and bands, all of whom we can introduce to further assist your planning.

How we conduct our business:

Initially, we offer a free no obligation site visit. This presents the opportunity to meet and discuss all the possibilities in person, assess the capacity and shape of available space and, together with you, design a setup to inspire.

Secondly, we provide an itemised quotation built around our consultation. In addition to a floor plan to aid visualisation, we include an “options” section specific to your proposed layout and specification. We ensure that our quotations do not contain any hidden costs; from an all-inclusive lining and lighting price to electrics for the setup, everything is built in to assure transparency and no post event revelations.

Thirdly, we arrange construction based around your schedule. We arrive with our staff, all recruited by personal contact, and work in a professional and customer sympathetic manner. No music or unnecessary noise is emitted, as our objective is to execute the work with minimal disruption to you, whilst accommodating any alterations that may be desired during the assembly process.

We pride ourselves on this supportive and consultative service throughout; from the planning, to the occasion itself, and after. We recognise that circumstances can change following confirmation, so offer a full refund on deposits up to three months before the event. Moreover, we leave final settlement until afterwards to allow you flexibility for any final amendments.
