We can handle any size event, whether it is an intimate party for 30 or a corporate event for 800, our truly diverse ovens have been impeccably designed with flexibility at the forefront of the process. The spit can cook whole pigs, lamb, large beef joints or even deer, and our cradle can cook multiple joints at the same time using a similar process to the spit (The cradle can be seen in the picture on the left). We pride ourselves on being a friendly conscientious company that will go the extra mile to ensure that your event goes well and that our catering gives it the WOW factor that is so important.
