I am a certified health coach and a nordic walking instructor with a holistic approach towards well-being.
As a health coach I work with people who are too busy or too tired to afford a healthy lifestyle. I help them to overcome weight loss resistance, plateaus, emotional eating or sugar addiction and introduce healthy habits in their busy lives, so they can get rid of that stubborn belly fat and feel energised without dieting, exhausting exercises or other deprivation.
As a nordic walking instructor I teach people a special fitness walking technique. Nordic Walking is a form of physical activity, where to regular natural walking there has been added the active use of a pair of specially designed Nordic Walking poles.
