My classes are personalised to your individual needs, abilities and aspirations, and can be brought to your home or experienced in the myogi studio, close to the centre of Hitchin.
Yoga is a tool that you can utilise to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Mentally, physically and emotionally, its benefits are immeasurable.
