Tiffany Bown is a Yoga teacher, Qigong teacher and Reflexologist with a passion for helping other women reconnect with their natural cyclical rhythms, their feminine power and their truest selves so they can live vibrant, thriving lives.

Tiffany has more than 15 years experience of working with women of all ages. She specialises because in this way she can more effectively address our particular - and often neglected - feminine needs (eg hormonal, physical, emotional, energetic) in her Yoga and Qigong classes, Women's Circles and tailored one-to-one sessions.

But her classes still resemble any other Yoga or Qigong session that promotes mindful movement, inwardly focused curiousity and an embodied awareness of nature's ever-changing cyclical rhythms within us.

Her group and private sessions benefit all women of all ages, whether they are looking to relax, to get fit, to ease some pain, to reconnect energetically and spiritually or to get support with fertility difficulties, menstrual issues, menopausal challenges or other chronic health problems.

Tiffany's own reawakening and her passion for supporting other women was born of her four-year fertility journey before the birth of her first child.
