Founder of Synergy Yoga & Therapy, Aimee completed her first teaching certificate in 2009 eventually qualifying as a Yoga Therapist in 2012. Since then Aimee has qualified as an Ayurveda Diet and Lifestyle Consultant, owns a certificate in Level 3 Counselling and Listening Skills, is a qualified Womb Yoga and Well Woman teacher and general wellbeing enthusiast!
