General information

As a mum, a wife and a teacher, daily life can be intense and at times stressful. But regularly practicing yoga helps maintain stability and flexibility in my body; and brings steadiness and positivity to my mind and breath; which in turn has a direct effect on my relationships and how I interact with life. And I LOVE teaching yoga, because it is where I feel that I have the chance to make a difference to those around me. I have been teaching since 2005 and during this time I have worked with many different communities, such as stroke survivors, addictions, Parkinsons Disease, cancer, anxiety, chronic pain, etc. This work has been challenging but truly inspirational. The joy that I receive from helping others access this amazing tool and watching the positive changes as they come about, cannot be described.
