General information

Nature's Touch Reflexology was established in December 2012. I run my practise from my home in Bovingdon.Hertfordshire.

I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist and a member of the Association of Reflexologists, AOR and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council, CNHC.

I graduated with a level 3 diploma in reflexology and I continue to train and specialize in certain ares of reflexology.

I am trained and experienced in Fertility & Maternity Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Hand Reflexology, Advanced Face Lift Massage, Facial Reflexology for stress and well-being and Indian Head Massage.

As a holistic therapist, I take an holistic approach to my life, my family and my work.

Reflexology has given me the opportunity to be able to help people which is something that I have always wanted to be able to do.

It is important to understand that reflexology is not just for helping people become well, it is all about maintaining health and keeping the body in the best possible condition.
