General information

I am an approachable and experienced counsellor based in East Kent, offering one-to-one or group therapy.

I believe that being flexible and friendly is key to the counselling relationship, therefore I can shape sessions to suit you and work around any issues you’d like to explore.

For over twenty years I have been supporting people in navigating the complexities life can bring, from everyday stresses and tensions to (amongst others) the traumas of loss, abuse or family breakdown.

Counselling can help you make sense of life, plot a chart through difficulties you are facing, or empower you to gain the courage to make big changes you’d like to. I have worked with many people in these situations, and have seen positive outcomes.
