I am Helen Taylor and I work, using all my therapeutic tools, to help people who are struggling with anxiety related difficulties. Anxiety can display itself in many ways: day to day anxiety, feeling nervous about exams or tests, feeling anxious about making speeches or talking in front of people, worrying about meeting people at a social event, all types of phobias, blushing, feeling anxious about showing off your skills and talents and not feeling good enough... I can help people to feel calmer, to step back, to approach things from a better place, to find their way out of that dark tunnel they might be feeling stuck in. Soon people will start feeling like they are more comfortable and ready to step forward in their life. I can help you to feel better about yourself and to reach the goals that you have dreamed of.
