General information
I have recently started my own business as a Cake Designer and Sugarcraft Artist. Having enjoyed baking and sugar
craft as a hobby for many many years I'm now able to indulge my creative and artist talents to the full.
I'm experienced in using sugar paste and royal icing techniques, sugar flowers and modelling. I've made many cakes
for friends and family and I've uploaded a few photos onto the page showing examples of some of my more recent cakes.

3rd prize Tidworth Best decorated cake junior category 2012
1st prize and "OVER ALL WINNER" in Cyprus/Sodexo cake competition 2015

NUMEROUS AWARD IN CHEFS COMPETITION since 2005 - 2014 including Holtelympia ( Gold,Silver,Bronze)
