Yee's Hung Ga Kung Fu Company Information
General information
Yee's Hung Ga is a traditional and authentic Kung Fu style, originally from China's Southern Shaolin Temple. It is an effective, efficient and deep martial art.
It is a complete system based on Taoist philosophy, which includes fitness and health, hand and weapon forms, self-defence, qi gong and body conditioning.
We offer regular group classes and private classes on request. All people are welcome to the classes and the atmosphere is friendly and safe.
Sifu Jim Hammond has been training Hung Ga for seven years primarily in Edinburgh but also in China.
