Hi, I'm Deborah Sims. I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist (GHR reg) and recently completed my training as a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist (qualification pending). I am a course assistant with the internationally respected Anglo European College of Therapeutic Hypnosis in October 2015. Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is an evidence-based approach which means I give you a clear rationale behind every technique used. My consistent approach to therapy is about promoting individuals as masters of their own change. I believe in focusing on what is happening now to inform habitual, behavioural or emotional changes that can massively enhance your future. To learn how to direct your thoughts, feelings, behaviour and responses is an incredibly exciting thing and I love that I get to show you how.
