I am a registered 200hr Yoga Teacher specialising in Vinyasa Krama Yoga, offering classes and private tuition in Solihull and the surrounding areas. My classes aim to focus on each individuals needs to help you reach your full potential physically and mentally.

I trained as an elite gymnast for 10 years before beginning my professional dance training at 'The Northern School of Contemporary Dance'. Since then I have pursued a career as a freelance dancer, touring the U.K and Europe, and have more recently begun training as an aerial performer. I trained as a yoga teacher in Bali, after pursing yoga for many years, as this is something I am very passionate about.
