Lifting Room CrossFit is a gym situated on the breath taking Royal Ordnance Depot in Weedon, Northamphtonshire with high ceilings and a beautiful view of the canal just outside our windows.
Lifting Room was opened by Sophie Harvey in 2016, and over the last 8 months Team Lifting Room has grown exponentially.
CrossFit workouts are made up of functional but varied movements, and performed at different levels of intensity. They can be scaled to anyone's ability — our members have a range of backgrounds both athletic and some who are just starting out on their fitness journey. So, it doesn't matter whether you have an athletic background or not, everyone can get involved.
