General information
Becky and Leanne have been working with parents and families for many years. They both have psychology degrees and are both trained and qualified to deliver a range of parenting courses, including: The Incredible Years, Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities and The Nurturing Programme. Using their knowledge and experience they have developed and written a range of parenting courses for Behaviour Matters.
They are also trained in the use of Restorative Approaches to behaviour management and were inspired by the positive effects this approach can have on relationships within school communities. Together they have developed a package of training materials for schools around positive behaviour management, which includes Restorative Approaches, Peer Mediation, Managing Behaviour in the classroom/playground.
Leanne is a qualified teacher and Becky has many years experience as a facilitator training school staff.
