We specialise in the Design and Optimisation of Solenoids as well as Control and Process Valves for use within the Oil and Gas, and Hazardous Area industries. We have extensive knowledge of Directional Control Valves, Pressure Sensing Valves, Stop and Metering Valves as well as Check and Shuttle Valves. We can also create compact and user-friendly manifold solutions.

Having designed industry proven Oil and Gas products for over a decade we believe our business can add significant value to your next project.

Our broad design experience overlaps with manufacturing. With first hand multi-axis Turning and Milling, as well as Grinding, Honing, Broaching, Burnishing, Injection Moulding and Investment Casting experience, you can be sure our designs are fit for cost effective manufacture.

We can also perform DFMA and VAVE investigations, Project Management, Six Sigma & SPC capability studies, and of course the creation of complex 3D parts and assemblies, and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings.

We're clear on Hazardous Area requirements. We can design accordance to the applicable BS EN 60079 and 80079 standards. We can work with you, or direct with the certification bodies to obtain ATEX and IECEx certification for use in Zones 0, 1 and 2.
