General information

My passion for naturopathic nutrition motivated me to move to London in order to pursue a 3 year degree at the College of Naturopathic Medicine after a successful legal career in Lithuania.

My studies gave me the opportunity of understanding how food preparation, nutrients within them and their selection makes an impact on certain diseases affecting the immune, digestive, nervous and endocrine system.

The mind and body are interconnected - the food we eat, the metabolic process and brain function are therefore intertwined. As part of the initial assessment, a considerable amount of time is spent on creating a full picture of the patient’s medical history, current conditions and future well-being. My emphasis as a practitioner is on creating an educational, balanced and bespoke plan for each patient.

I also work in the Healthcare Industry as a business development manager and see first hand how conventional medicine and nutritional well-being complement each other. Maximising your mind and body’s potential starts with the food we eat and the interaction of nutrients within them. This is an age old science often learnt through generations of wisdom which the modern world is re-discovering again. Nutritional medicine is where I believe this wisdom will be found again and I am passionate about bringing it to my clients.
