Abby works with people of all fitness levels. From those that have never stepped into a gym before, to those looking for their next challenge, Abby offers a range of diverse and flexible services to suit all your health & fitness needs.

Individual session: £35/hour
Bring a friend along: £50/hour for two people training together (£25/session)
