General information

My photographic journey started at age of 10, when I found a 35mm film camera in my grandparents’ attic. My natural curiosity forced me to open the camera and obsessively observe the internal mechanism. The cooperation between shutter speed and aperture I found rather very interesting to the point that I had to explore its influence on a negative. And that is how it all began.

For many years I photographed only inhabitant landscapes. As a teenager I started to explore daily life in my little town. Long lasted walks with my camera, inevitably tuned my interest towards people and their faces. The necessity to capture people’s life, social and environmental issues influenced me to become documentary and art photographer. From that time wherever I go I look at the world through my camera lens.

Few years later I received a Bachelor of Arts in Photography and Digital Imaging from University of West London. My project ‘Waiting’ was exhibited in the Candid Gallery in London and year later my ‘Gdansk Shipyard’ project was shown at the London Analogue Festival. In 2012 I began my freelance work in RawLight Photography studio in London. Currently I'm a student at the University of Brighton on MA in Photography and Moving Image course. My little 35mm camera has been replaced with a vintage large format camera. I traveled to many places in the world in order to look at those places through my camera and capture them on film.

My documentary and art photographer specialization gives a beautiful touch to wedding or any other event photography. I apply all my knowledge, experience and creativity to every single photograph that I take for you. For me, your ‘special day’ is my documentary project that has to depict your amazing day spent with your loved ones.
