I can help you to feel better using a variety of treatments to promote relaxation and to rebalance body and mind:

I strongly believe that prevention is better than cure and want to provide a refuge from the stress of daily life where you can recharge and regain a sense of well being.

Having been interested in massage since early adulthood, I was inspired to learn the skill after receiving my first facial massage (which, as luck would have it, I had won in a raffle). It felt such a beautiful, relaxing experience that I wanted to be able to offer the same gift to others.

A chance meeting with someone who felt that I had the sensitivity for shiatsu set me on that path. I am continuing my professional development by embarking on a three-year qigong teacher training course in 2017. See my blog post about qigong and tai chi to learn how they are linked to shiatsu.
