Griffiths Property Management is a new generation of letting agent offering an efficient and unique letting service for both landlords and
tenants. Our services range from simply finding suitable tenants to the full management of your property. Both our letting and full management services come at very competitive prices and are of the high standard that you would expect! Keeping you up to date on matters relating to your
property and investment, tenant communications, insurances, certification, regulations and all that matters.

We can take care of the basic items such as; initial property assessment and valuation, advertising, tenant vetting, tenancy agreements,
property certificates, Inventory's, bond-certificates and deposit protection. We offer mid-term services such as; periodic inspections and the
general upkeep of the property including maintenance and repair. We offer end of term services such as; tenant check out inspections, administration of deposit settlements or disputes, general cleaning services, gardening services, painting & decorating, handyman services or
simply providing assistance with minor repairs or improvements.

At Griffiths Property Management we aim to achieve and maintain a high standard for all of our clients properties and their tenants; We identify,
report, advise, and provide solution or correction to any property defects, poor standards or any potential regulatory and legislative concerns.
We like to encourage and support our clients with their own improvement and maintenance projects where the value of their investment or its
standard will be increased or sustained.
