General information

We all live very busy lives, so busy that we often forget to take care of the most important element; ourselves. With the use of plants, diet and lifestyle I can help you make changes in your life that can help treat illness and disease. My patients come to me for help with ailments such as a simple cold or to help with easing pain for musculoskeletal conditions.

I acquired my Herbal Medicine Degree at the University of Lincoln. I also hold a qualification in First Response Emergency Care and often work at festivals across the UK.

Although I originate from Manchester, I like to consider Sheffield my home. I have a keen interest in helping the local community of Meersbrook and often interact and support local businesses. I help employers make sure they get the best from their staff by keeping them at optimum health and reduce levels of stress.
