Welcome,
As a naturopath I work with Qi, the life force that flows through every living thing.
Our body and our emotions are manifestations of Qi in action. Disruption to our Qi flow can occur from poor diet and lifestyle choices, trauma and emotional problems leading to fatigue, digestive problems, body pain, menstrual dysfunction, emotional disturbances or any number of other ailments.
I use Acupuncture, massage, shiatsu and other body therapies along with nutrition and flower essences to work with you to reestablishing Qi flow and return your body, mind and spirit to its natural state of harmony.
My aim is to create a long-term professional relationship and to support you through the cycles, changes and challenges that life can present.
