SoulShine is a Social Enterprise that aims to empower people in their relationship with the food they eat and the body they're in. Our aim is to create the space and conditions for women and men to tap into their body wisdom. To live and BE their fullest potential, coaching self discovery and personal growth, transforming people’s relationship with food and body from one of struggle, anger and shame to one of pleasure, nourishment and love.
We offer a range of workshops, courses and retreats as well as one-to-one coaching sessions.
