BACP endorsed Hypnotherapy CPD through NLP Vision (I am a certified and registered Hypnotherapist with the American board of Hypnotherapy).

About my service;

As your therapist I would endeavour to help you deal with and overcome issues which are causing you pain or discomfort, offering you a friendly, dependable and supportive relationship, in a confidential and safe environment.

I will aim to help you reduce your confusion and enable you to cope with challenges to make positive life changes. I will help you to gain a better understanding of your feelings, beliefs, behaviours and thought processes, as well as identifying ways of finding your own unique solutions to problems.

I would provide you with a secure and regular space for you to talk and explore difficult feelings. I would offer you empathic and non-judgmental support and remain respectful of your views and circumstances.
Rather than issuing you standard ill-fitting advice, I will help you to find your own personalised insight to understanding your problems, encouraging personal empowerment, facilitating change and growth which you can take with you into your future development.
