General information

I am a HCPC registered and chartered clinical psychologist based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. I am available for assessments, therapy, supervision and consultation.

I am skilled in counselling, coaching and a wide range of approaches to psychological therapy (including CBT). I have experience working with people who would like to develop personally, or enhance their well-being (for example resolving difficulties with stress, sleep or relationships); right the way through to complex and distressing mental health difficulties, physical health problems, and cognitive problems.

Whatever you would like help with, I am happy to discuss your needs and help you to think about what would be useful.

I have experience consulting to professionals, teams and services. I am able to offer supervision, case discussion, reflective practice groups, away days and more.
