Our hog roasting service
The 'PERFECT' Hog Roast's traditional slow spit-roasting creates beautifully succulent meat which combined with our various accompaniments creates a truly memorable feast. We cater for both indoor and outdoor events and arrive fully equipped with serving tables and gazebo for outdoor use.
We use only the finest and freshest ingredients including freshly baked bread rolls and sympathetically bred pork when possible. The rind is scored evenly and salted to produce plentiful strips of crispy crackling. The succulent meat is freshly carved and served in soft white or brown baps, and our home-made apple sauce and own-recipe stuffing compliment the pork beautifully. We are able to offer lamb or large joints of roast beef - you choose and we will supply and roast it. We also serve freshly prepared salad and potato dishes and deserts.
