We are Freedom Fitness Dundee, Tayside’s first fitness studio that focuses completely on group fitness. Based in Mains Loan our custom made studio has been specifically designed with group fitness in mind, giving our members a warm, inviting and enjoyable environment to exercise in.
There are no scary exercise machines or intimidating gym fanatics here! At Freedom Fitness Dundee we work together to make exercise a lifestyle choice, not a chore, socialising and having fun while we do it. With our fantastic, friendly and professional instructors teaching a huge selection of freestyle classes and Les Mills programmes, we really do cater for all ages and abilities.
We also run our 6 Week Fitness Programmes all with different themes each time to help you get the results you want! Keep an eye on our Facebook Page for dates of programmes and how to sign up!
