We are registered Waste Carriers and can offer a more afforable waste disposal solution to a skip.

House Removals

At Advantage we pride ourselves on providing a professional, friendly and reliable service for your house removal. We have been moving people all over the country since 2007 so by choosing us you will be good hands.

We offer a full removal service both locally and nationally and can cater for moves of all shapes and sizes!

Our aim is to make your move as stress free as possible. We can visit your property at a time to suit you in order to ensure that we offer the most accurate quotation. We can also provide quotations by telephone or email if this is preferable.

We offer a full packing service if required, this has been particularly popular with older people and those with limited mobility. As much man power as is needed can be provided on moving day to make the process as smooth as possible.

Packing materials can also be provided at competitive prices with next day delivery in most cases.

House Clearance
There are many reasons why you may require our clearance service and you can rely on us to deal with them all in a professional and sensitive way.

We have contacts with a range of charities and voluntary organisations and will dispose of your unwanted goods in the most environmental way possible.

We also have links with local auctioneers and are able to transport items for sale with all profits coming directly to you.

Advantage has worked alongside local estate agents for 5 years now offering clearance services when tenants have left properties with items remaining or have been evicted. We are able to react quickly to ensure that properties can be occupied again as soon as possible.

As registered waste carriers with the Environment Agency we have the advantage of being able to dispose of all types on non-hazardous waste so there is no need for additional services such as skip hire.

On top of clearance we can also offer a cleaning service to ensure your property is left in excellent condition.

Waste Disposal
Advantage is a Environment Agency registered waste carrier and as such we are able to offer a range of waste removal and disposal services.

We currently carry out these services for estate agents, builders and other tradesman as an alternative to a skip, where a skip is not a viable option or the amount of waste to be removed does not warrant a skip.

We are able to dispose of most materials. Wood, plastic, rubble, glass, metal, plasterboard, fabric, cardboard, paint and electrical equipment. We can also dispose of TV’s, Fridges and Freezers for an additional charge.

We are not able to dispose of asbestos, petrol/diesel or other hazardous waste.

We can take full or part loads.
