Kuk Sool Won™ is a modern Martial Arts system which looks to explore the entire spectrum of Asian fighting arts and body conditioning techniques. Kuk Sool Won™ teaches extremely effective martial arts techniques ranging from kicking, punching, joint locking and grappling all the way to forms (patterns) and traditional Korean weapons.
Classes are suitable for all ages (5+) and fitness levels and our instructors are trained in both Martial Arts and personal fitness training. If you are looking for a fun way to gain fitness and improve your health, Kuk Sool Won™ may be the perfect choice for you!
