Shanti Atma specialises in Yin Yoga and Myo Fascial Release and is a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). Shanti Atma offers workshops and short - long courses that are believed to be missing in the market of yoga education. There is a fully rounded spectrum of subjects that yoga teachers should explore and continue to research. One layer always builds upon another layer, expanding teaching expertise and experiential learning.
