Happy Kids Yoga classes are exciting, creative and calming, combining fitness, fun and relaxation in each unique class. We combine yoga and mindfulness to encourage kids to grow in confidence and to the best of their ability. We will stretch your child’s imagination providing an alternative to the performance-driven environment in which many children live today.
I offer a class in Stockton Heath working alongside Yoga in Cheshire. Parents can attend an adult yoga class whilst your child enjoys a Happy Kids Yoga class in the hall right next door. It’s a great opportunity for you and your child to enjoy the many benefits of yoga. You will both leave feeling calm, relaxed and ready to face the world much happier people.
I also work with schools, nurseries, pre-schools and other educational establishments offering Happy Kids Yoga classes after school, during the day, PPA cover or lunchtime classes. If you are interested in Happy Kids Yoga for your school/nursery please get in touch
