Elite Coaching Academy

General information

Elite Coaching Academy was set up in 2006 by its founder Anthony Filipek. Having been involved in football coaching at various organisations and clubs (private and professional) Anthony decided he wanted to offer sports coaching to children of a very young age. Coaching and developing children from a young age is key to their development. Anthony was learning and growing as a coach, shadowing the work of his personal friend and mentor Eric Harrison (Former Manchester United Reserve Coach), Having the guidance and support from Eric Anthony went on to run Summer Camps and Academy sessions throughout Manchester and surrounding areas. Working within pre-schools and nurseries for over 5 years Anthony then went onto offering this service in local areas for all children to have the opportunity to attend. Elite Coaching Academy became recognized as one of Manchester's leading pre school football classes. being contacted by many grass roots football clubs Anthony met Simon Hampson (chairman of Hindsford JFC) Anthony and Simon came to an agreement to work closely together to grow the grass roots game in the local area. Many years on and Elite Coaching Academy has helped to form over 10 squads from U6s upto U10s. We continue to support all grass roots football clubs and offer our professional coaching service to all boys and girls interested in football.
