There are many reasons why life can feel difficult or even impossible - things that have happened to you in the past may still be affecting you, perhaps you are going through something right now that is changing the way you see life, perhaps you just feel like you aren’t getting any pleasure out of anything any more?

There are times when everyone feels overwhelmed or that they just can’t cope. One way of dealing with this is to speak with a professional counsellor – someone trained to listen and who can help you find a way through your problems.

Herne Hill Counselling Counselling provides a safe, confidential space to talk about your feelings with a professionally trained therapist who will not judge you or tell you what you ‘should’ do. I will help you to explore your difficulties and understand the emotions behind them.

The aim of the process is to help you find ways of managing your life, perhaps by seeing things in a different way, or gaining a deeper understanding of what is happening or has happened to you.
