When we created Soul Sailor Journeys we were inspired by the idea of bringing people together to journey on unforgettable adventures, with everything that feeds the soul, and lasting postive effects on one's life.

In the rat race of everyday life it can be difficult to find the right balance between work and play, enjoyment and health, effort and relaxation. As a result, many people are overworked or suffer from stress related health issues such as burnout or heart attack. We noticed that even those with a successful career and happy family life can have the feeling that something is still missing. That is why we want to give you a kind of mini-sabbatical, allowing you to experience a new sense of balance, health and inspiration.

In olden days, farmers used to work the field for six years and leave it alone for the seventh "sabbath year". This way the field would be more fertile in the long run. We created Soul Sailor Journeys to introduce successful, hardworking people to the idea that making relaxation an essential element of their work cycle leads to improved productivity, balance between work and private life, and enjoyment of one’s success. This is the natural way, the cycle of the seasons, the balance of the four elements of nature.

To achieve this, we composed a unique combination of sailing, exercise, workshops and lectures, tai chi and massage, glued together by a delicious healthy menu.
