General information
Angela Daymond is a textile artist who works mainly with naturally dyed vintage fabrics. She gets her inspiration and colour from the natural world and the Fenland environment in which she lives. Angela is a qualified teacher, BEd(Hons) and adult tutor as well having gained a City and Guilds Diploma in Patchwork and Quilting. Angela is a member of the Quilters’ Guild and has held the position of National Young Quilters Officer. She belongs to several textile groups and loves to share her ideas and enthusiasm with others. Angela has full public liability insurance, enhanced CRB checks and has undertaken Safeguarding Adults training.
Angela has had her work exhibited on a number of occasions including at Lincoln Cathedral, Sam Scorer Gallery, The Carre Gallery in Sleaford, Tranmer House in Sutton Hoo and the Yarrow Gallery in Oundle.
