hi i’m rhyanne welcome to my page.
I am a yoga teacher based in Epping, Essex. I spent the first part of my life living in Hertfordshire, so I now split my time teaching between the two areas.
Living yoga for me, is about connection. It's about bringing us back to our authentic, highest self. Taking time out for you to create something real and meaningful on the mat. Living yoga is about how we can reflect, heal and grow as individuals.
I hope to empower you to connect back with yourself. To help you find ease in living happily in your body, to create space in your mind and to cultivate a feeling of inner peace.
