Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP)

EFP is a form of psychotherapy.

EFP uses equine-facilitated activities to explore the way a client sees and relates to themselves and others, their patterns of behaviour and survival as well as their gifts and strengths, and may include the exploration of past experiences and traumas. We recommend a course of 8 -10 sessions although clients may find that they need fewer or more sessions to suit them.

Sessions last for 90 minutes and cost £80.

Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL)

EFL uses equine-facilitated activities as a tool for self development and education, with a focus on the present moment. Skills include non-verbal communication, assertiveness, creative thinking, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, relationship skills, confidence and resilience. Sessions can be offered to indivduals, groups and business.

Integrative Counselling

Therapy offers you a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable. It allows you to talk with someone who is trained to listen attentively and to help you improve things.

Usually it will take a number of counselling sessions before therapy starts to make a difference.

Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £45

Reiki

Reiki is a Japenese system of healing that enhances the body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki is totally safe and gentle and is not affiliated with any specific religion, faith, or belief system. It can be received by anyone who wishes to receive it.
