menogo is a way of living. It’s about self-discovery, self-love, being fit in mind, body and soul. It’s about understanding what makes you happy, and what doesn’t … and it’s about giving yourself what you need to thrive. It may sound selfish, but it’s a good kind of selfish … as when you live life from a place of passion, wellth and self-love you become your best self. So, not only do get to live the life you want, everyone around you benefits from a healthier, happier and more passionate you.

Is it a perfect life? Hell no! Take it from me; life will always throw you obstacles and challenges … sometimes on a daily basis! But it’s a way of living that will help you ride the bumps in the road more easily, support you in achieving your dreams and fuel a more vital life.

I started menogo to inspire you to be your best, most self-loving, self-giving and self-confident you yet. To be physically, mentally and spiritually fit and happy with yourself - so that you can genuinely get the most out of turning 40 and beyond.

Let’s go on this journey together, through the trials and tribulations of perimenopause, to the freedom of menopause and beyond. Let’s make the second half of our lives every bit as exciting as the first. The half in which we become our best selves and inspire generations of women to come to do the same!
