Shedecks offer professional installation So if you are not DIY confident then you dont have to worry as our team will come and construct the buildings for you and they generally take half a day depending on the building size.
Shed installation makes buying a garden building stress and hassle free. We have heard and see pictures of horror stories from peoples DIY nightmares so the experience of our installation team allows you to have the garden shed or building in your garden as you see it on the website.Our installation service includes the build of your garden shed. We would like to make it clear that our installation team will not prepare the ground where you wish the building to sit. To prepare this all you need to do is ensure your base is firm and level whether the base is concrete, decking, tarmac or other surfaces. We also offer to do the base for additional costs. We Also Offer Summerhouse Insulation?

All Summer summerhouses can be easily insulated. Inexpensive polystyrene or Kingspan insulation can be easily fitted between the framing members. The insulation is retained by cross battens which also support the lining boards. Wood effect veneered wallboard is a popular lining but plywood and tongued and grooved cladding are also suitable. We recommend insulation if you wish to use a summerhouse or garden room all year round. Please contact us for the price of insulation your Summerhouse .

What Is Tanalised Treatment?

Tanalised treatment is a lifetime preservative treatment. We offer pressure treated summerhouses and other garden buildings. The preservative is forced into the timber under pressure and penetrates below the surface, whereas all other treatments apply a coat of stain to the surface of the timber only. Pressure treatment is almost colourless except for a slight green tint caused by the copper content in the preservative. No further treatment is ever needed but if you want a coloured finish you can paint over pressure treated timber with normal wood preservative in any colour.

What Is Ship Lap Cladding?

Ship lap is the traditional and ever popular cladding profile for use in summerhouses and other garden buildings. Ship lap features smooth planed and fully interlocking tongued and grooved boarding. The design ensures that rainwater drains quickly and the timber dries quickly. This helps to ensure a longer life for your summerhouse. Our summerhouses and garden rooms feature properly tongued and grooved boarding which is stronger than the half lap shiplap or rebated ship lap used by many others.

Log lap is an increasingly popular cladding profile for use in summerhouses and other garden buildings. Log lap features smooth planed and fully interlocking tongued and grooved boarding with a rounded external log effect profile. The design ensures that rainwater drains quickly and the timber dries quickly. This helps to ensure a longer life for your summerhouse. Our summerhouses feature properly tongued and grooved boarding which is stronger than the half lap log lap or rebated log lap used by many others

Delivery?

We offer delivery for the whole of Yorkshire.

Delivery lead times are shown in working days Monday to Saturday with in 5 to 20 Days. Once a delivery date has been confirmed, this may change due to unforeseen circumstances, works breakdown, transport breakdown , etc, if you are having your building fitted by an independent company it is advisable to wait until delivery has been carried out before arranging this work.

When ordering a building consideration must be given to the access required, any delivery only will be to kerb side only, however if we are fitting the building a minimum of 9’ head clearance may be required for certain buildings to gain access to the base. If access is restricted please let us know before the order.

It is the customer responsibility to provide reasonable unobstructed access for the delivery/or fitting to take place.

Where this is not the case and access makes it impossible for us to deliver/or fit the building, it will be left at the nearest point to the property for the customer to handle, if the customer requests a return visit this will be subject to an additional and this may increase depending on the distance travelled.

Old Shed Removal?

Did you know that Shedecks can dismantle and remove your old shed? Our super time-saving and often overlooked service means there’s non of the hassle of taking your old shed to the local tip and messing up your car!

Important?

Your old shed must be empty and any electrics or plumbing disconnected. The service is offered to remove the shed only, not household rubbish or contents of the old shed. You can add this option as you order your shed.
