Fundamentals - This class is for students who are starting for the first time or who are returning back to Muay Thai.

The class focuses on all the basics such as:

Guard & Positioning
Footwork & Balance
Attack & Defence Techniques
Correct & Safe pad holding Skills
Understanding Muay Thai Sport & Scoring
Basic Clinching
Controlled Sparring
Exercise & Fitness

General - This class is for students with a good level of Muay Thai Skills including Technique, Pad holding, Sparring, Clinching and Fitness.

General/Intermediate - This class focuses on advanced techniques & skills and is aimed at those competing or looking to compete.

*Please Note* this is NOT a class for beginners or students who have spent 2 weeks training in Thailand!

Sparring - There is no better way to improve your Muay Thai skills. You will be able to develop timing, range, reaction and skills as well as fitness. This is done in a safe and controlled environment.

Muay Thai Circuits - A great way to improve all round fitness. A very demanding but rewarding workout.
