Movement Strength, Core Conditioning & Stability is built in to all my training programmes.
If you can stabilise the spine you can push, pull, squat and lunge heavier than before. You can also perform better in all sports. So if you want to run, cycle or swim faster or hit a ball further with less effort I can help you.
Also if you are looking to move better with less pain for everyday activities and recreation strengthening the muscles around the joints actually helps. The key is to find a pain free movement pattern and progress gradually. Range of movement exercises and stretching help to increase flexibility, reduce stiffness and make life a little easier...whatever your choices are.
For me this all came together after a left hip/pelvis injury stopped me running for 11 months. I learned to be patient with my training. I stretched the hip and pelvis with dull but necessary isolating ligament and myofascial exercises. I then gradually added integrated leg exercises. Now 6 months on I can jog faster than before and squat, dead lift & lunge heavier than before.
With this experience I know improvements can be made. I have helped golfers hit further, runners stay injury free and numerous clients get Fitter, Stronger and Leaner.
