General information

As a lifelong fitness enthusiast there’s nothing more I love than keeping myself healthy in the great outdoors, thriving on the pure adrenaline rush and happiness kick that exercising delivers. Bike riding, swimming, climbing, dancing, hiking, scuba diving, working out and running; growing up as a child in Whitley Bay gave me the chance to really make the most of some of the best of the British coastline.

It was my year in Asia and Australia over 2014-15 working as a Scuba Diving Instructor and Underwater Videographer that made me realise my true passion for providing the gateway to someone’s dream.

Whether that be in helping someone discover the underwater world for the first time, contributing to a once in a lifetime holiday experience or to helping someone reach that vital goal weight, fitness and figure.

Settling back to the UK was tough after adjusting to a life in the Sun and a life committed to helping people achieve happiness whilst also getting to do what I loved every single day. However, I soon realised that just because the trip had ended didn't mean this dream job did.

I therefore welcome you to Ocean Fit - offering a flexible and uniquely fresh-air based private personal training & fitness experience to help my clients change their lives for the better.
