Bea Alexander Pilates, Edinburgh, runs over 30 matclasses a week from total beginners to advanced classical Pilates, plus some small group classes, Pregnancy and Post-Natal classes.
We have Bea's home equipment Pilates studio, The Grange Studio, for 1 to 1s, 1 to 2s, 8 Strathfillan Road, EH9 2AG, Marchmont.
Bea, Gill & Rebecca are all Pilates Foundation UK trained teachers. Hannah did her training with Brigid McCarthy and Valentina did her apprenticeship in Florence. www.pilatesfoundation.co.uk. Bea is one of the most established teachers in the capital, having taught for 12 years. Not all Pilates is the same!
