General information

Gymability is full of lovely, friendly ladies who either want to keep fit, improve mobility, tone up, or most of all, just enjoy themselves! Gymability isn't like any of your run of the mill gyms, everyone is so welcoming, chatty and full of life, you probably wouldn't feel like you're in a gym!

My name is Emma, I am current member of this gym (I may be running it now, but that won't stop me making progress!). Although only being here a short while, I immediately saw results- I felt fitter, more active, and above all the inches were falling off! I may have a long way to go myself, but with the support of the ladies, and the unique technology behind these machines, I'll be at my goal in no time, which I hope can be said the same for you too if you choose to join!

These machines help you to become more mobile, as they put in alot of the work for you, as well as aiding your weightloss regimes, toning you up and loosing those inches! Of course you still have to put some effort in yourself to get results out, but these machines make it so easy!
