Welcome to LAB Gym – The Peoples gym.
Here at LAB our focus is on you. Unlike other gyms, to us, you are not just a statistic. To us, you are apart of our journey. We want each and everyone of you to walk through that door and feel at home. These days commercial gyms have lost that personal touch. Its all about a mass market, getting you committed to a contract, and once your in, you are on your own. This is where we come in, no contract, no membership fee, simply pay as you go. LAB Gym, bringing, affordable fitness to the town. Everybody should be able to exercise, whether it be for social reasons or health benefits. We are scrapping the rule book, and creating movement. The plan is to continuously develop, so we can bring the best service possible to you. We are not a huge commercial gym, we are not a money orientated gym, we are THE PEOPLES GYM – creating the chemistry to success. LIKE A BOSS.
