My name is Yioulia Karagkouni, I am an experienced psychotherapist, a leadership and a life coach.
Life is sometimes compared to a labyrinth, a model of existence, which passes through different pathways in order to make
the journey towards its own centre, towards self. It is not a direct journey to its centre but a process of discovery in search of greater awareness and emotional wellbeing, a personal journey of growth.
Mitos means thread in Greek and represents the safe tool that guides and supports everyone who faces challenges to fulfil their goals, to understand their problems, to find new ways of dealing with them. My aim is to help those who wish to explore their life situation and its contradictions safely and so lead a meaningful life.
