General information
Beginners welcome to all classes. Classes are perfect for anyone who wants to take time out from busy schedules and find a little space to breath, whether you are new to yoga or have a regular practice.
We have yoga flow classes, gentle classes, pregnancy yoga, mum and baby yoga plus Introductory Mindfulness courses.
Yoga is great for anyone who wants to release tension and learn to relax a little more.
You don’t need to be able to touch your toes or have the perfect body to join in. All that is required is an open mind and a willing attitude to give it a go.

We are building a supportive yoga community and we'd love you to be a part of it - we often go for a cuppa' and a chat after class.
Can also offer 1 to 1 sessions or tailored sessions for your group. I am trained to teach Teenagers and Children also from the age of 3 upwards.
