My name is Lee Henderson and I am the personal coach and owner of HFS Fitness. Situated inside 'The Gym - Bolton', I offer all aspects of personal training.
I started up HFS because I believe in one thing - to create a results driven, flexible, and above all, realistic personal training service. Your not just a number with me, but an individual, who needs individual programs, nutrition plans and lifestyle coaching. With full access to The Gym I can provide you with all of these things, using uptodate and fuctional gym equipment, tried and tested nutrition plans, and regular health screenings.
If your interested in personal training, there's only one thing I ask of.... Pop down for a chat and a coffee! This then gives you the opportunity to get to know me, the services I offer, the payment options available, and most importantly, if it's right for you. After that, the decision is yours!
